We collect contact, company, project, budget, schedule, usage, reference URL, portfolio-permission and technical anti-abuse information.

Data is used to reply, quote, contract, produce, deliver, invoice and protect form delivery. It is not used for incompatible or advertising purposes.

Cloudflare is used for hosting, abuse protection and short-term duplicate prevention, and Resend for inquiry and receipt email delivery. Under their data-processing terms, information may be processed in locations outside Japan.

Rate-limit identifiers are retained for about 11 minutes and duplicate-prevention request IDs for seven days. Inquiry email is reviewed for removal around 12 months after the last contact unless contract, billing or law requires longer retention.

Requests for access, correction, suspension or deletion can be sent through the inquiry form and will be handled reasonably unless retention is required by law or contract.
